0.15.2 does not work for me. Basically, it doesn't do anything. The "Test these settings" doesn't do anything either. I had to go back to 0.15.0 from the authors website at:

http://tjeb.nl/Projects/Mailbox_Alert/index.html

0.15.0 works great!
