Even though I like canoo very much and it is a good idea to have it available in the search selection, the link never directly leads to a canoo page for the respective words (firefox 10, opensuse 12.1).
This seems due to some additional paramterers the site expects (maybe since a recent update ...).
When I added

<os:Param name="cb" value="77359684"/>
<os:Param name="referer" value="http://www.canoo.net"/>
<os:Param name="context" value="de"/>

to the xml it worked again.
Maybe these or similar adaptions can be added to the addon hosted at mozilla?
I found it not appropriate to upload my adapted version as a new addon ...
