Thank you! I didn't think there was an addon available since your page doesn't mention anything about.
However I went to look for something that would let me use this easily without showing the whole bookmarks toolbar (since vertical space is very scarce on today's widescreen laptops/netbooks).

AshishRanjan, you can use your DICT server by assigning a shortcut to your local DICT client and then upon selecting a word (and this works outside Firefox also) you just press the shortcut and your local client should display the definition of the selected word. If your client doesn't work as I just described, try kdict, it should work just like that. Don't know about any other client.

Regarding creating the shortcut for launching the client application, I assume you use GNOME and I use KDE so you might need to seek help on ubuntu forums if you don't know how to do it.

The reason I rated it like this is because it's still not finished.

But I absolutely depend on this theme! Firefox 3 is so utterly ugly on my KDE system, it's unbearable. It's not only ugly but also with the way Bookmarks Toolbar is done (with those unneeded pointers taking so much space), less usable than on other platforms.
I don't know whose fault is that (either Mozilla, GNOME or KDE staff) but Ramon came to rescue with this, although still experimental theme! Bravo Ramon! Please finish this theme...

Oh, I now see there's an update. But somnium86, do you have any idea why, if the update was available for over a year now, it still isn't on addons.mozilla.org?

It's a great idea! With it I can read the Web in peace, without being bothered by flashy gifs, which are just rude when placed next to the text. Too bad I only discovered it now and it doesn't work for Firefox 3. Hoping it will be updated soon...

Za one koji nemaju IE, dovoljno je kliknuti na "See all versions" i onda najnoviju verziju, umjesto lijevim klikom miša, kliknuti desnim te odabrati Save Link As...
Nakon što ste spremili file na komp, otvoriti sa nekim programom za upravljanje arhivama (poput .zip) te promijeniti u install.rdf fileu vrijednost maxVersion (za Firefox) u 3.0.*
Nakon toga spremite .xpi file te ga otvorite u Firefoxu pomoću File/Open File i instalirajte addon.

Jedino me zanima koliko je stvarno ova verzija kompatibilna sa Firefoxom 3.0 pošto je to samo rječnik, dakle, pretpostavljam samo baza podataka, nadam se da je jedina razlika između 3.0pre (iako u .xpi file-u pod maxVersion piše 2.0.0.* -- ??) i 3.0 u vrijednosti max. broja. Molim g. Enza da skoro updatea addon. Hvala!
