This is less a review and more of an opportunity to say "Thanks" to the author of this extension. It may be a lot of 'eye candy' to some, but to me it makes the buttons more (physically) accessible by raising them above the adjoining surface. This depth makes it much easier to distinguish button from button and button from wallpaper.

I've used this as my default search engine since I first started using Firefox a number of years ago. The best recommendation I can give is that I almost always find the item I'm looking for on the first page of the search results.
