Borders, background colors, fonts, and alignment from Excel tables are now retained when pasting into emails.
Excel’s internal styles are converted into email-safe inline formatting for better compatibility with Gmail, Outlook, and Yahoo Mail.
✅ Plain-text fallback (new)
If Excel does not provide rich HTML (for example in RDP, Citrix, CSV files, or restricted environments), Excel2Mail automatically pastes a clean, structured table instead of failing.
Ensures something always pastes when the toolbar button or shortcut is used.
✅ One-click paste (no extra UI)
Click the toolbar icon to paste immediately at the cursor position.
No popups, dialogs, or additional buttons.
Keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Q continues to work as before.
