* {subject} placeholder does not work
* not all attachments from selected messages get grabbed
* hope these bugs will get fixed - I badly need such an extension

Thanks for the feedback. I just published an update - ver. 1.1 - to address the issues you mentioned. It may take up to a week to get approved & go live here. That version:
-Adds support for {subject} (an oversight on my part!)
-Improves attachment detection across different email clients
