The intellectual level required for this extension is probably beyond my capabilities. Even though I used a competing extension for years (which I can no longer use), I can't configure anything with this one: either I get a completely unpaginated header, or more simply I get nothing, just a blank page. Having no time to waste, I uninstall it and leave it to those who are smarter than me.
