After several updates, version 3.2 is finally ready for prime time. Everything seems to work as the author intended. Unfortunately, Account Colors does not integrate with other add-ons. If CompactHeader is installed, none of the options in the Message Pane tab will work. If Manually Sort Folders is installed, the account font style and size cannot be changed in the Folder Pane tab.

I have installed Account Colors and the latest versions of CompactHeader and Manually Sort Folders, in combination, and in different installation orders, but I cannot reproduce the problems you mention. Everything works fine. Can you provide any more details about your setup?
