This extension is most of the time installed by force/hijack/fake opt-out which doesn't opt-out and after uninstall, reinstalls ITSELF and hijacks the homepage/search/etc. yandex and mail.ru are usually in torrent sites together bundled with legit or cracked software. Thus THIS VIOLATES THE TERMS OF SERVICE AND GUIDELINES
