- One-click Nextcloud Talk – Open an event, create a Talk room, configure lobby/search visibility/room type, set a password, and optionally delegate moderation. Invitees can be synced separately for internal Nextcloud users and external e-mail guests.
- Secure sharing wizard in compose – The “Add Nextcloud Share” button opens a multi-step assistant (share, expiration date, files, note) with upload queue, password generation, and formatted HTML insertion into the email.
- Attachment automation – Optional compose rules can route attachments via NC Connector (always, or above a configurable total-size threshold). If threshold is exceeded, users can choose sharing via NC Connector or removing the last selected attachment batch.
- Lifecycle cleanup hardening – Cleanup logic removes unsent shares/folders when compose flows are aborted, reducing orphaned server artifacts.
- Enterprise-focused defaults – Password/expiration defaults, lobby until start time, moderator workflows, and deterministic event/editor targeting on ESR 140.X.
- Support-ready diagnostics – Structured debug logs in
[NCBG],[NCUI][Talk],[NCUI][Sharing],[ncCalToolbar].
