Does not fully works for me (Fedora 40+TB 128.8.1esr (64-bit)).
- Collect attachments information: OK
- Extract attachments: action has been executed but unable to found the extracted files on the expected folder.
- no way to change target extraction folder

I would like to help you with this issue. First, please try extracting again, and use the Show Files button to open the save directory; please note if this varies from the download directory assigned in the Thunderbird settings. Please open a bug report @ https://github.com/tmccoid-tech/extract-em if you would be so kind.
