No one else has ever reported this issue and there are more than 100,000 people using Send Later with Thunderbird 128. I am also unable to reproduce it.
There is nothing in Send Later's source code that triggers when you right click on a folder. If you are seeing this behavior then it is a Thunderbird bug, not a Send Later bug.
If indeed having Send Later installed is somehow causing this to occur as some sort of side-effect, then I'd be happy to work with you to figure out how to report the bug to the Thunderbird maintainers, but I can't do that here.
