Mailsleuth is a add-on for Thunderbird that provides a detailed report on the email headers of any selected email. Once installed, any email in your Inbox that you want to get a full email analysis on, just right click on the email and choose Sleuth It! Normally, within 15 to 30 minutes you should receive a full report on the email that you submitted.
The analysis program is being updated all the time to add new features for the report. The Mailsleuth report is used by investigators, law enforcement, lawyers and others in order to trace emails and report on issues.
MAJOR UPDATES TO THE ANALYSIS FOR 2013:
IP databases and historical checks were updated for December 2013.
2 IP locations databases checked Historical and Current provided in reports
10 new private databases checked for information
6 Search Engine results checked for the email address
