- Clean handling of header attribution [From, Subject, Date, To & Cc]; rest are suppressed by default, provides an option to override to show remaining headers
- Provides optional prefix transformation for Re: -> RE: and Fwd: -> FW:
- Cleanup first level blockquote alignment and color
