In TB 148, it indeed starts with Inbox if there is a mail in the Inbox. If the Inbox is empty, it will select the latest read message marked in a subfolder (but: this is true only if the add-on "last selected message" is active).
Esta análise é para uma versão anterior do extra (6.1.2).I cannot reproduce the issue.
