Email Translator adds a split-view translation panel to Thunderbird. Click the toolbar button on any open email to see the translation side-by-side with the original — no copying, no switching tabs.

• DeepL — highest quality, requires a free API key (500,000 characters/month)
Translations are cached locally so re-opening the same email is instant. Auto-translate mode can be enabled to translate every opened email automatically.
