You need a user support forum. Yes, you have an awesome product WHEN IT WORKS!. And when it works, it works great!
I have installed this on many customer systems and most with success. But there are times when it fails to work properly, especially when using caldav with google.
Having a place to go discuss these issues instead of telling my customers "sorry, it won't work on your system" would be a good thing.
The only support link here goes to a site where the developer does nothing but state the obvious and assume nobody will ever have a problem is why I am rating this at 1 star.
Mailbox Alert

Would be nice if there was instructions or a manual. I installed mailbox alert and have been looking all over thunderbird to find a way to configure it. Can't find mailbox alert anywhere.
When looking in the addons, it keeps saysing "This add-on will be installed when Thunderbird is restarted. Even after restarting several times and even rebooting my system
