As soon as Aeon Big theme replaced my Sphere gnome in a update, without advance warning, my Toolbar Buttons does not have a button to add new toolbars. Also the small/big icon choice is missing. Why?

There are two themes at http://accessfirefox.org/Firefox_Accessibility_Themes.php by the same author that look much the same, yet don't do so. You might want to try one of them.
