You are welcome MilAdrian to post bugs in thunderbayes.googlecode.com, 1.0.1.14 will probably solve all the problems you noted
Remember ThunderBayes++ support from v3 to now, if you are still on 1 or 2 then stick with ThunderBayes original

To have it working again don't download community shared xpi files you don't know what is inside...

To patch it for 3.6 just download the official XPI file, open it with 7-Zip, extract install.rdf and change

3.2a1pre

to

3.9

recompress it with 7-zip and job done.

DON'T DOWNLOAD FROM THIRD PARTY UNKNOWN SITES!
