Here are my options;
Use inbox of a defined account (as selected below).

Very useful add-on! In TB148, there seems to be a conflict with the Start with Inbox Add-On, as described in its reviews: "In TB 148, it indeed starts with Inbox if there is a mail in the Inbox. If the Inbox is empty, it will select the latest read message marked in a subfolder (but: this is true only if the add-on "last selected message" is active)." Maybe this conflict can be sorted out so that both add-ons can be used?

Could you share your "Start with Inbox" settings? I can't reproduce the issue.
