To all those missing this addon in firefox 57+ Imagus is a very good replacement. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/imagus/

It may not be the best replacement for everyone but it works good and has some nice options and abilities this addon don't have.

I actually like Imagus more than this addon and it seems to be getting better all the time. There is also a support subreddit here https://www.reddit.com/r/imagus/

Great addon but version 2.5 crashes in latest Nightly 26, Need an update. *edit* thanks for info on the bug.

This is a bug in Firefox Nightly itself, which they've marked as critical. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=911204 . It doesn't affect most users since the official Firefox version works fine.
