Ah, the month printout that I have awaited. I am using FG Printers on Lightning, so it's an add-on to an add-on. So far it works fine.

I appreciate the fine control of which details print for each view.

Missing: Details on the month view, although I can see how that could complicate things. It would also have been nice to have persistent settings, so that if I used FG Monthly view last time, it should be the default this time. (Perhaps that's a limitation of Sunbird.) Also, the display of a multi-day event is a little clumsy.

The above criticisms are nit-picks. FGP is a wonderful add-on, and I am grateful for it.
