I think it's a very nice extension.
Features such as the ability to modify the text of this are particularly well done, and the idea of being able to make minor changes in Chat is also clever.

One request for additional functionality would be to make it available not only when composing and replying to emails, but also when viewing them, which would make it a better extension.
