The idea is excellent for a corporation. I wish I could use this tool at work. Unfortunately, we use the infamous pair Outlook/Exchange.

One feels really better by using this theme on KDE 4. It is indeed a really good start. As improvements, I would suggest to add oxygen icons to the most important menu items there is still none), and above all, to replace the default little column header icons that are still there. Keep up the good work and many thanks.
