Love this little add-on. It allows me to automatically include the day's date in the subject line.

During a job, I keep all the correspondence with a client in a folder in my Thunderbird program. Upon closing out the client, I want to remove those and save them on my hard drive.

Problem was, they all saved as of the date of transfer which was the close-out date. If I needed to refer back to an email, there was no way to organize by date which is often the easiest way for me to find an issue. Well, I guess I could have changed the date on each email, but when there are over 100 emails per client, no way!

Now, with Subject Manager, the dates are automatically inserted as soon as I open up a "compose" email window. Once I close out a client, I can search any client's saved folder by organizing by the subject line. Easy peasy.

I've been trying to figure out a way to do this for some time. Thanks, Subject Manager!
