This is an excellent addon, which I've been waiting for for some time. I use this in linux to run emacsclient. Using emacs for all my writing lets me easily reuse and save text and format things cleanly.

Thanks to Frederick Zhang, and brickbats to the thunderbird group whose API changes made this necessary.
