Great add-on, increase functionality of Thunderbird.
But fail for news: groups, due to requirement to have "To:" field filled. It shouldn't be a problem to recognize news groups.

I can't believe TB developers did not make customization dialog for this toolbar...

There is another extension capable to rdit HTML source.
It is my extension, called "Stationery".
It also have syntax highlighting, and is capable to load external HTML file as template of new mail.

Fine idea.
But implementation is sloooow. (core duo 6300, built-in i965 graphics)
Consider using element in future. It allows you to do any drawing, especially incremental for drawing when mouse is moved.
