I found the icon - it's shows as "Preview". It functioned well until update TB 78.1.1 - my three addon icons no longer "stick" in the bar. I hope another update will solve this problem.

I found the icon in a hidden toolbar (not under 'customize'). I moved it to the toolbar I use. But it's dark blue on my dark teal bar - almost invisible! You could create an arrow that uses transparency or a solid background like the 'Maximize Message Pane' addon. Works fine on TB 78.1.0 32bit -- Win10 Home

After updates, I can't edit or add filters; I can delete them. I can add presets and keys.
