A few suggested bug fixes:

currently Substitute text replaces the e-mail text with 3.5
sometimes 3.5Was the last reply helpful?

but never with the actual response.

Also, it would be awesome if the prompt wasn't modified, when there's no language specified in settings. It kind of messes the chat up. Also, specyfing a language in settings is also an issue, eg. when the prompt is "translate to German". Then, the prompt for the chat is "Translate to German: Reply in English <<text to translate>>" and sometimes chat replies in English, sometimes translates to German, sometimes does both....
