I'm sure the dev will update this extension soon, but for anyone having issues on Thunderbird 143.*, you just have to download the add-on, change the extension to .zip and extract the files, open the manifest and change strict_max_version to 143.* and save, then zip the all those files to a zip file, change the extension back to xpi, and then load it in Thunderbird

Загрузите дополнение (minimize_on_close-2.0.2.0-tb.xpi), измените расширение на .zip и извлеките файлы, откройте в блокноте manifest.json и измените strict_max_version на 143.* и сохраните, затем заархивируйте все эти файлы в zip-файл, измените расширение обратно на xpi, а затем загрузите его в Thunderbird. Проверено на версии 143.0.1
