Thin Tabs

Ability to make tabs smaller in many customizable ways, great. Ability to change the font and size tabs use, great. BUT the fact that it makes it so multiple tab rows won't show is kind of a killer. Most of the reason I'd like to shrink tabs is because it's convenient to display a lot of them simultaneously, but inconvenient for it to take up so much screen.

It also seems some options (Padding left, Padding right for instance) have no effect (in version 1.4), even when I try very exaggerated values.
