I love this. I normally leave Thunderbird minimized in the background. It's nice to get a pop-up notification for new mail arriving. My only request is that you allow me to set how long the pop-up stays up. It would be great to still have it up when I return to my desk after being away for a while.

Hey, thanks a lot for the review!
I'd love to help you out with the notification duration, but unfortunately this is not something this Add-on can control.
The Add-on basically tells Thunderbird to make itself noticable towards your operating system and desktop environment. What they do with that information - e.g. show a notification, or draw attention to the Thunderbird symbol in the taskbar - depends on your general notification settings.
