It allows me to change order, but only by selecting a number and not with drag and drop. The number information is not visualized while editing the tag, so I have to save the number in the tag name to know which number it is associated. If there are tags 23, 27, 244, 26712 their order will be:

27

as order is decided number per number, and if a number is missing, it is considered 0. It is not very user friendly, but I'd say it is better than nothing.

If the add-on visualized its associated number while editing the tag, it would be perfect.
