It's simple and it works. It adds another field to the Add Tag dialog in which you can specify a string to sort by. I simply made the value of the first six items I wanted at the top of the tags list to be the digit 1, and the item I wanted to follow is a 2. All the rest I left alone and it's perfect. A little documentation would be helpful, but hew, I just wrote it :-)
