As stated here before, this fix was made available and it does work (On win8 64 with TB 24.1):

Ok, Thanks Tigercat, that worked! Hope we get a final solution soon.......
I really love this theme, keep coming back to it. Specially the compacted folder pane is nice when you have a lot of email folders.
And off course the great design!
