I've found the same problem as Lee.
TB3 with this extension enabled (through nightly tester tools) doesn't send out mails immediately.
Guess I have to find some other replacement for this.

howdy y'all,

even when forced to install by overriding the version check, it does not actually WORK in tb3. the mail gets dropped into the local-folders/outbox and never gets sent. nor does the time stamp on the msg get set to the chosen send-time.

i miss frank ... [*sigh ...*]

@peter: this works fine in TB3, just install MR Tech Toolkit and use that to force TB3 to skip the compatibility checks.

Found bug.. When you ctl-shift-enter to send later, it locks up the machine with each email it then sends. I moved emails from schedules to unsent to have them send, and it would send one email, then lock up the app. Restarting it would automatically try to send then next, the lock up. I had to disable sendtools quickly to be able to send all the emails.

it works great, except for this. I can't risk losing my email info for work.

It doesn't work... the installation is possible but you cannot click on the setting safter the restart. Can you please, please help me because i need the programm urgently - THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!

The steps are:
- download the xpi file
- Launch zip
- Click open and locate file
- open the install.rdf
- locate the line which says "maxversion 1.0" (or other versions and change it to "maxversion 3.0"
- save the changes in the install.rdf zip file
- close the zip program
- install this edited file as an add-on in Thunderbird.

I like these Functions a lot. Unfortunately, the Tool isnt compatible with the recent versions of TB. PLEASE UPDATE it! That tool is offering great functionalities that are missing in TB!

I just LOVE this tool, this should really be build into Thunderbird. However I hope it will be updated soon - With 2.0.0.16 it doesn't work anymore. By changing the version flag as others suggested it starts and I can set date/time, but the message is never sent :(. I used to work great in 1.5, I'm seriously concidering downgrading just to be able to use this addon. Please update it!

It will work on the latest T-Bird. Look in the reviews for .."Change version this will run on'.
Even though it will not do a scheduled send repeatedly, I just made a template of the message that I wanted repeated and then set it up to send in 1 week intervals in the 'scheduled' folder. It helps to set each one up earlier than you intend to send it - time wise, so when you open T-Bird initially, it asks if you want to send the items in the 'unsent' folder.
Works pretty neat.
Maybe one day someone will improve it and make it totally automatic.

Please, please, please make work for 2.0.0.16! I also am an ex-Eudora user and found this function to be very important!!! Send Later looked attractive to me, but then, as it does not work, it kind of lost it's appeal...
