Thank you for maintaining this add-on. It gives Thunderbird a much more ergonomic design as the standard Thunderbird themes. (The symbols can be distinguished from each other much more easily.)

Icons a bit dated, Windows XP era style. But still far better than the drab flat stock design. At a quick glance far easier to identify what I'm selecting.

Great Icons !!!
Just a pity that it is not possible to use only
- Toolbar buttons
- Folder pane icons
- Message header toolbar buttons
or any combination.

I need only the Toolbar Buttons and the Message header toolbar Buttons

I love these icons and have been using them for years. Since 115 though, I couldn't find an easy way to slightly enlarge the toolbar icons, but I did manage that in the userChrome file. But the icon for deleting mail is now different. It's now a bucket with the arrows in the corner that looks like the recycling symbol, instead of the email blue envelope with the red X in the lower right. Is it something in my cache messing it up or a way to change it back to what it was before 115?

A really nice extenstion! I like the "new" T-Bird (115) a lot, but the "skin" remains drab and uninspiring. Your icons go a long way in making T-Bird look more elegant and appealing.

Really freaking nice! You will realize how much you like this on the rare occasion an icon is not supported and you have to look at the drab stock icons. Thank you!

Awesome addon - a must have for me! However, recently the folder icons dont load whenever i start thunderbird. I need to off/on the plugin to make it work. Is there a fix somehow?

Hi Dillinger,
- great work, I like also Thunderbird 102+ a little bit more colored, to easier identify the buttons.

- Maybe you can make a setting or a second plugin that does display the new colored Thunderbird email folder icons on the left for inbox, drafts, templates, sent, ... in the original Thunderbird colors, but all other icons come from the "phoenity icon addon".

J'ai modifié ma critique initiale, car j'ai lu par la suite (ce que j'aurais du faire avant...) que le problème est rencontré par beaucoup d'entre nous et semble liè à la mise à jour. Comme expliqué, j'ai installé la version 3.5 et effectivement tout fonctionne normalement, mais la version 3.6 est beaucoup plus jolie.

"De très belles icones, qui rendent Thunderbird beaucoup plus beau, malheureusement elles se désactivent à chaque lancement de Thunderbird. Je suis obligé à chaque fois d'aller dans le gestionnaire de modules, de désactiver puis ré-activer le module pour que les icones réapparaissent... Vraiment pénible. Je vais être obligé de supprimer Phoenity icons, vraiment dommage car il n'y a pas d'autre thème équivalent..."

Installing the previous version (3.5) does seem to fix the problem. Though, when starting Thunderbird, there is now a slight delay (less than a second) before the standard button icons are replaced with the Phoenity ones. No big deal, it's acceptable. Thanks for the fix! Continue the good work... Maybe more custom sets of icons?

I see the same problem with other add-ons e.g 'Filter on Folder Button' add-on.
Probably it is a bug of Thunderbird.

Love this add-on, but indeed in the latest version of Thunderbird (91.10.0) it no longer works correctly. I should turn the add-on off and then turn it each time I open Thunderbird.

After some additional testing, I have to conclude that this add-on now causes problems for the following add-on: Manually sort folders.

So for now I am disabling this one until it is fixed.

Sorry for the inconvenience, there are a lot of reports like yours so I backed out Phoenity Icons 3.6 and went back to 3.5.
To install Phoenity Icons 3.5 go to the add-on page in the Add-ons Manager, click the Homepage link and install it again from there.

I can't reproduce it here so I do not yet know what causes it.

stopped working correctly, you have to turn it on and off so that the folders become colored. A big request to fix. 91.10.0 versio

To install Phoenity Icons 3.5 go to the add-on page in the Add-ons Manager, click the Homepage link and install it again from there.

I can't reproduce it here so I do not yet know what causes it.

The icons are very nice, but the addon itself often doesn't start with Thunderbird, why?
In that case, I always have to turn the addon off and then on to load it.

I can't reproduce this, what other add-ons do you have installed?
You can try to clear the startup cache:
Help > More Troubleshooting Information > Clear startup cache...
