It has two modes, one it silently unsubscribes, the other it opens a link in browser and I can see the feedback from unscription. No email is sent. URL is opened to unsubscribe. I'll see if they honour the unsubscription.
It did not require too many permissions so I trusted it.

I've only been using it a couple of days. It seems to work but too soon to know whether sites are obeying the unsubscribe requests.
Two suggesions: (1) There is no obvious reaction when clicking the 'One Click Unsubscribe' and nothing shows up in my sent mail. Would be nice if there were a way to feel certain something happened. (2) Would be nice if each action fed into a text log file so that I could check what I thought I unsubscribe to. Date, Email address, One Click or URL.

Works great! The previous addon I was using for this task seems to have stopped working in TB 12X; this is a suitable replacement.
This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.2.1).Yettwasezmel 3 ɣef 5 n yetran
Seems to work after a few tests. Only things: icon on toolbar not adapted to dark mode, and the confirmation window is too large and not dark 'themed'.
This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.1.0).Thanks for the feedback, I've tried to improve visibility of the icon in dark mode, and I also implemented dark mode for the pop-up. Let me know if there are any issues!
(the new version is waiting for approval at the moment)
