Do not listen to the other reviewers, they don't know how to use add-ons. Just scroll down the page to version information and click the down arrow, then select "see complete version history."

You can install (add to firefox button on hover) version 1.1.0 and disable auto-updating (Add-on page under tools, select "more" for this add-on).

The add-on works fine, there's no reason to update in the first place.
