Addon did stop working suddenly some time ago (TB 115, HT 4.1).
Neither context menu nor any other menu entry appears in the UI.
Please help - I love it :-)

Edit:
It seems that the context menu doesn't appear in every mail.
As a workaround I've configured a hotkey which works fine.

This review is for a previous version of the add-on (4.1).
