It has been abandoned with no notice.

Exports to GMail, but contact is hidden, not on list of Contacts. No answer on Forum, and to Bug Report. Thought I fixed it, but did not. Now, must periodically delete Gmail AB and reimport.

Did not work very well anyway, now abandoned
DO NOT BOTHER TRYING TO INSTALL
We appreciate the work of the author and understand that sometimes this happens. Author should remove projects (at least 10 that appear abandoned).
Now very happy with gContactSync !!

For those who want to open Gogle Contacts in a tab: install Google Calendar Tab. Then go to TB menu and open Tools/Extensions and click on GCT preferences. You'll find a dialog box. Click on "Google Apps for your Domain". Then edit it into "https://www.google.com/contacts". You'll have Google Contacts opened in a new tab. Remark: I have gContactSync installed, I did not verify if that works without gCS.

It worked flawlessly for many years, but due to Google APIs change, it doesn't work anymore :-(

The author of this addon has vanished and it no longer works due to recent changes in google auth. Do not install.

The author has disappeared, and the plugin does not work with current Google auth. This was reported with 7.13b1 in 2014 and there are 15 support tickets on it with no response.

This addon hasn't worked in quite a while because of Google's API changes, and should not be distributed anymore.

Does not work. Repeats password prompt for google account, but doesn't load contacts.
