One of the simple, best addon for Firefox to type in Vietnamese.
Can we please update this for new Firefox Quatum?

Unfortunately, Firefox 57 and above dropped support for advanced addons like AVIM. Please subscribe to https://github.com/1ec5/avim/issues/141 to follow my progress in rewriting AVIM as a WebExtension to work in Firefox 57. Thank you for your patience!
