A millisecond precision is pointless here. Users I think find it short, medium or long to have an application start, but don't require a stopwatch precision.
All add-ons are worthy for the commitment of their author but, frankly, some are really totally useless. IMHO of course.

This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.1.6.1-signed.1-signed).
