Exactly what i was looking for. It works great with FF 45.0.2.
Noia Fox

It's a very nice theme. Especially the buttons/icons are great. But i can't use it because of some problems. First you can't change the background-color. It's always grey. That looks bad if you have a blue windows theme with transparency. Without Noia everything is blue with 80% opacity. With Noia everthing is blue except Firefox. Because he is grey with Noia. Another problem is that buttons/icons from other Addons are extremely magnified after installing Noia. I was tryring Noia Fox Options to solve it. But it doesn't worked. As example you can try the Emoji Cheatsheet Addon. The smiley icon normally is small like all the other icons in the nav-bar. With Noia it's a giant smiley. It's funny but not nice. All in all Noia is a very nice theme if you don't use transparency.
