Works well, really could use a "disinfect" option. (If you are looking for such an option, and even works for IE, try Clam Sentinel) Add a"disinfect" option and I'd give this 5 stars.

Would be nice if it did more, like perhaps dispense with the entire dialogue. 5 stars though, because it does what it says it does.

Doesn't seem to quite do everything it says in FF3. Hope somebody fixes it. Nevertheless, if you set these options, the plugin at least expands the dialog saving you one click:
goto about:config and set:
browser.ssl_override_behavior to 2
browser.xul.error_pages.expert_bad_cert to true
