It's accurate, and does change all the icons to the Netscape Nav 9 ones. Doesn't look bad.

The thing that this theme lacks is that it doesn't change the colour of the browser - it is still the default beige one. (I've used several themes which also change colour). It would be nice if the colour would be changed to the grey one in Navigator 9, which will make it look more like it.
