It's the one of my favorite addons, thanks.
But I think it could be more simple and easy in dayly use for everyone by adding more obvious visual methods like NoScript did.
Look at NoScript:
blue "S" symbol on a white backgroud opposite every blocked site in a list - to enable script on a certain site;
strikethroughed red signs with "S" symbol - such a GUI methods extremely helps not to make efforts to block/unblock sites using exceptionally a reflext only :)
And it would be handy for users to add possibility to open a menu on hover as is in NoScript.

It's still a raw addon.
Sometimes it doesn't work at all and I can't figure out why.
It seems to be it conflicts with other extensions.
