Using ver 3.5
The "New window" only appears for a moment, when I click on the toolbar button. "Popup window" appears fine.
As I remember, previously there was no such problem.
From the right click context menu on a selected text works fine.

This review is for a previous version of the add-on (3.5).

Could you give me more details?
What settings do you use?
If I can reproduce it, I can fix it.
I did released 3.5 yesterday but I've changed only Google Translate related code to fix problem with the consent page Google shows for some users.

Works very well.
I like that I can set the options immediately from the window opening from the button, don't have to go to the addon manager.
I especially like the "Toolbar icon text" setting, with it I can easily distinguish my profiles.
