The reply template only seems to work when replying to a message in the Inbox. Replying to a message in another local folder always results in the standard Thunderbird quotes.

I'm using SmartTemplate 0.60 on Thunderbird 2.0.0.24. This is my reply template:
Subject: %subject%
Date: %A%, %B% %e%, %Y% %H%:%M%:%S%
To: %to%
From: %from%
When replying to a message this always results in quoted headers with the current dat and time, not the date and time when the message I am replying to was originally sent.
In the help I found these lines
%X:=sent%
%A-Za-z% is converted to the time the original message was sent.
but I have no idea how to apply that. Change %A% to %A:=sent% etc ?
Can anybody help?
