You've improved the add-on by removing legacy code, yet you've kept the add-on bar icon. Even worse, I can't find any way to add the icon as a toolbar icon and remove the add-on bar icon (I wouldn't even have it enabled if it wasn't for this add-on), which is completely against FF4's design.

This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.1b9.1-signed.1-signed).

The toolbar button is added to the add-on bar by default, if you customize then you can move it where ever you choose.
